Tribe Carnival 2012 Registration – Poor promotion and notice period

Tribe Carnival 2012 Registration – Poor promotion and notice period

So I email tribe today after finding out about there registration online on Facebook. What I can’t understand or find it hard to believe that I can get more information about the band on facebook from someone else other then Tribe Mas Camp.

If your a business and a well known one at that the information should be made available on your website for everyone to see. Everything I need to know should be on your site. So not sure what is happening with these people as I guess too much money and not enough time for their clients.

Word of caution to all those bands don’t take your masqueraders for granted, we spend hard earn money to play mas and we can easily pick another band who cater to our needs. If your not sending out email or taking all day to put up a website with registration details then believe me some other band will beat you too it.

Tribe fix up please get your house in order and focus on delivery superior services to your clients without them you wouldn’t be in the position your in now. Spend the money to promote properly and seriously since facebook is around you can promote for free without spending a dime of course.

Tribe Picture

How you have a band launch and dont have picture on your site to showcase your  merchandise. Come on who is in charge of promotion here. I can find out more about tribe searching on youtube and Trinidad Canrival Diary.

You people need to get your act together it does not have to be perfect, just let the public know what your have in store. Where are the photos and the prices per section. Seriously who so ever is in charge is not doing a good job. Stop counting the money and take care of your business before you lose your business.

TRIBE Loyalty Card Program

Over the past few years we have had numerous instances where TLC holders have either sold or rented use of their TLC cards. Unfortunately, this abuse of the system has forced us to phase out this program. Our loyal masqueraders remain extremely important to us and therefore, we have put systems in place to accommodate them.

    First time on your blog.
TRIBE’s email notification regarding registration went out on August 11th…you played with them before?

Hope you get thru with your choice of section btw.

I’ve emailed twice, no response not even to say the band is full.
I played with Bliss this year (same band different Tribe???) I’ll queston that. Excellent customer service in Bliss.
Not keen on their costumes this year, the back lines appear to be missing something.
    Oh well!

      Hi,

Not sure what’s going on with tribe as I had to email them again to confirm my registration. I received an email back tell me I would received confirmation shortly. At the time the first email was sent I was unaware of the section becuase apparently an email was sent out the 11 of August which myself and several other people didn’t get. Ask me if I knew what the section where, as of this moment I still don’t know what section and If I am confirmed to play. You have to love how these bands conduct there business activities.
